Important Payment Timing

To be part of our official wedding group (and enjoy our special group rates), please make all payments directly through us — not the resort.
We’ll be sending one collective payment to Majestic Elegance to confirm everyone’s rooms at our discounted group rate.

Here’s what you need to know:

Deposit: $750 (already received — thank you!)
Final Balance Due: December 15, 2025
Why: The resort requires a single group payment 90 days before the trip to secure our block and rates.
Please plan ahead and set aside your remaining balance. We’ll send you your personalized total after Thanksgiving.

Room rates (per night, double occupancy, all-inclusive, including airport transfers) are listed below on the booking page.
If you’re traveling solo, rates will be adjusted accordingly.
