Transportation Instructions From the Airport
Redemption Information from Amstar: At the time of purchase, reservations are confirmed electronically with Amstar. While you will not receive a voucher for this purchase, your confirmation will appear on your official trip itinerary.

Arrival Instructions:
After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, follow the signs to exit the terminal. Do not engage with airport greeters inside the terminal, even if they claim to be with Amstar®.
You will find Amstar Representatives in bright blue shirts with the Amstar logo outside the terminal holding signs. They will check you in and guide you to your transfer vehicle. If you cannot locate an Amstar representative, call the Amstar office immediately.
Use this link to familiarize yourself with the airport and location of your Amstar Representatives https://www.amstardmc.com/en/airport-maps/. Select your arrival airport for a map that guides you to the location of Amstar representatives.
Alternatively, if you have been set up for digital communications via Amstar Connect directly or through your travel advisor, you'll receive an email from [email protected] to allow you to check in for your transportation and provides you the location and ID of your transfer vehicle and driver, so can head straight to your ride.
If your luggage is delayed, have one person from your group notify your representative or driver.
Departure Instructions:
If you have NOT been set up for digital communications directly or through your travel advisor, you must visit the Amstar representative at your hotel the day after arrival to reconfirm your return transfer and get your pick-up time and location. If you are unable to locate the representative, please call the Amstar office to receive assistance related to your services.
If you have been set up for digital communications via Amstar Connect, you'll receive an email from Amstar 72 hours prior to departure confirming your flight and providing your return transfer information. You'll also receive a reminder email the evening before or within 3 hours prior to scheduled departure, followed by a real-time email when your ride arrives, including vehicle and driver information.
Please be checked out and at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
Important Note: Arrival and Departure Changes
In the unlikely event of a deviation to your original arrival or departure flight, please call the Amstar office immediately. Changes generally are not allowed within 2-5 hours of your scheduled pick-up time (varies by hotel location) unless your flight is canceled.

Michael and Krista are hosting a special one-day The GAME 🧭 Mastermind experience for guests who want to blend personal growth and business expansion with this unforgettable celebration.
To make the most of our 1-day mastermind, here’s how you can plan ahead:
We have 18 people, filling 14 hot seats (please note that COUPLES will share one hot seat).
This means I will be running a tight ship ⏰
We decided not to rent a conference room with no windows to keep our laptop lifestyle vibe alive.
Thursday, Feb 19th.
8:45 am meet in the Piano Bar. (Check this WhatsApp group for updates or changes)
Hot seat timing: ⏱️
You will have 4 minutes to give us the context, the goal, the real obstacle, and what you want from us — be focused and specific for optimal support. This can be business-related or personal. You are in control.
The group has 15 minutes to share support, ideas, & resources.
We will have lunch together, an afternoon session in a new location, and plan to wrap by 5:00/5:15.
Please come prepared with your big ask, and bring a pen 🖊️ & paper for notes. Laptops are not necessary. Charging 🔌 is not readily available.
We will keep the energy high, the genius ideas flowing, & ignite the magic power of the collective!

We’re creating a glowing sea of white, with the bride and groom standing apart in their own special colors.

Led by Sierra Sullivan, this uplifting, heart-opening circle activates the feminine and honors Krista—celebrating radiance, devotion, and embodied presence.
🔥 Men’s Council (Men)
Led by Rono Smith, this is a grounded, powerful space to anchor the masculine and honor Michael, celebrating the journey that brought him here and the man he has become as he steps into marriage.
Then everyone will come together energized, aligned, expanded, and ready for part II.

Still dressed in white, we continue together with:

Let’s create a masterpiece of rich color — together, we are the art.
Our wedding ceremony, 2/22, will be set against the stunning tropical backdrop of Costa Mujeres, and we’d love for our guests to join us in bringing that beauty to life through color.
Attire Theme for All Guests: Rich Tropical Elegance
Think bold, vibrant hues that celebrate the warmth and vitality of paradise — jewel tones, lush florals, deep corals, emerald greens, sunset golds, and ocean-inspired blues.
Please avoid wearing primary colors (red, royal blue, kelly green), as well as all white, pastels, and muted tones, as they can clash with our rich tropical palette that dips into jewel tones.
Use this Inspiration Board as your guide to choosing attire that feels both elevated and alive. Whether you opt for a flowing dress, linen suit, or chic resort wear, choose colors and textures that express joy, celebration, and connection.
Note: The ceremony is on the beach - walking a wooden path to get there. Be prepared for a bit of sand. After the ceremony, we will be on solid ground so you can rock your heels, ladies.
